Free yoga classes are conducted on behalf of Geethabhajan Foundation. To improve the health of government students in our areas, yoga classes are being conducted once a week in all schools.
 
And if people are ready to do yoga together in our areas we are providing proper yoga training.
 
Half-day and one-day training sessions on yoga are also conducted separately for women, men and children.
 
In the yoga class, especially the yoga asanas, the proper way to do them and their benefits are clearly explained and done.
 
Pranayama training for the most important breathing exercises is taught according to the individual body with proper guidance.
 
Yoga mudras are properly taught and practiced according to people’s needs and physical conditions.
 
Everyone in the world is benefiting from doing this yoga to live disease-free and to live healthy and active, so it is imperative that you and those you are in contact with learn this proper yoga practice.
 
It is noteworthy that more than ten people of Geethabhajan Trust have studied MSc Yoga PG Diploma Yoga MSc Yoga Therapist with proper government approval.
