Namam should be kept only at home in the evening.

We can take the machine outside with us.
We can also say it loud enough for their ears to hear, or without making any noise, or say it silently.

One should chant Naama at least a thousand times daily. Let’s say maximum one lakh and minimum 30,000 per month.
On the first day of the Tamil month, call me on 9047070222, 8300112434 and tell me the name of that month now.

Find out the daily wasted time and use it to gain peace of mind.

Don’t be afraid of any reproach because you say it alone, you can continue to say it.

Even what we say alone without a machine can be said roughly at least with an account.

If the name number is not given for two consecutive months, their name will be deleted.
God and His Name are none other than God. The power of the Lord’s Name is so wonderful that it takes a man to the abode of greatness and exaltation.

As one chants this Naam with full faith and devotion, he feels himself becoming one with the Supreme Being.
We also turn the mind inward.

The Name of the Lord gives one unchanging freedom, bliss and peace.

As we say it, the mind becomes pure, the karmas are resolved, the thoughts are reduced, and we get peace and happiness.
Those who pray to us will not get angry and the worldly desires will decrease.

Nama Jayam simply invites man to a meditative state of sweetness, stillness, then union.

At first one can practice chanting the name till one’s ears can hear it, then the mind slowly calms down and then one can start saying it silently.

Saying Naam is not just uttering it with your lips, but while saying Naam, you should not be like a machine, but you should constantly try to keep the qualities of God’s pure love in your mind.
